1 to 1 Coaching is our Flagship program. This is the program that started the entire Business Coaching industry, and ActionCOACH has been doing 1 to 1 Business Coaching for nearly 30 years. This is the program for you if you:

  • Have a business larger than $750,000 in annual revenue
  • Want focused attention from your coach on ONLY you and your business
  • Want to learn to become a business owner, not a business doer

  • You'll have your award winning coach's undivided attention for your coaching sessions.
  • Work on executing your plan, and only your plan (whereas other programs are group programs) for the entirety of your coaching sessions.
  • Because it's only you, you'll get more done, faster.
  • You will start to customize your skills to apply to you and your business.
  • You will want to become a business owner and not be in the day to day of your business.

Pricing $2450/Mo (15 or fewer employees)

1. Individual and focused session on YOU and YOUR business. You'll also get tools, templates and swipe files for everything from financial measures, hiring process, how to write attractive job ads, to annual review and employee management processes.

2. You and your coach will work on specific improvements you want to make in your business right now, with all the shortcuts and simplification that we've learned over 30 years. You'll get where you want to go faster and easier with the right plan.

3. While you will meet twice monthly on a specific schedule, you truly have your coach on your team. That means unlimited access via email, text, and, if needed, in person. You'll don't ever have to be on your own as the leader of your business again.
